Ashwini Kalsekar Career
Ashwini Kalsekar was not sound in acting and hence she took training from famous Artist.
She has worked in many TV shows and movies.
Her acting career includes work from Marathi, Hindi and Telugu industry. She made her debut in 1996 with the Marathi film Tula Jhapar La. This was followed by other Marathi movies where she played supporting roles.
Her debut in Hindi film was with the film The Hero: Love story of a spy in 2003.
Ashwini started her television career with serial Shanti in 1995.
She got her huge break with the soap opera Kasamh Se where she played the character of Jigyasa Walia.
This was a grey shaded role which made her win the number of awards.
Ekta Kapoor approached her in the year 2012 to play the role of Maham Anga a foster mother of Emperor Akbar. This was for a historical drama series name Jodha Akbar.
Later she played a very different and modern role of Pam Khanna in the serial Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar in 2014.
